The memorial service for officers Paul Elmstrand and Matthew Ruge along with fireman and paramedic Adam Finseth will be held this morning at 11a at Grace Church in Eden Prairie. Because Grace Church will not be able to accommodate all those who wish to attend, the memorial will be livestreamed from the church youtube channel linked here.
